Yes, this is a self-guided course. You will get full access to the videos, worksheets and other resources and can work through them at your own pace. You have lifetime access to the resources and can watch them/use them as often as you'd like!
What do I need to gain access to the videos?
Just a computer or other electronic device + an internet connection! The videos will be shared with you via a link. Just bookmark or save the link somewhere you will remember, to retrieve at any given time or you can download them directly onto your device.
What if I have questions or need support?

How long does it take to complete the course?
The course consists of 6 x 60 minute video lessons and additional resources to work through. It's recommended to watch one video per day or per week (however works best for you).
